Canada Games open Try out

Open Try-outs will be offered for players of age to compete in the next Canada Games in 2022 (2005-2006). These open Try out sessions are a great opportunity for players who were not invited or selected during the selection camp held last year.

All players wishing to participate must register for the activity by writing to (last name, first name, date of birth and the name of the Association to which they belong).  Registration is even more important in order to comply with public health guidelines.

Two sessions will be offered (South Shore and North Shore of Montreal).


South Shore players: June 29th in Longueuil starting at 8:00 p.m.

(Gentily Ouest Park, Longueuil, J4M 1S7)

North Shore players: July 6th (location and time to be confirmed)

About the Canada Games

Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Canada Games are the largest multi-sport event in the country for up-and-coming athletes. Each edition brings together, over two weeks, 3,400 athletes in summer and 2,350 in winter, competing in 16 to 19 disciplines, with the unwavering support of more than 4,000 volunteers. Presented in each province at least once since their creation in Quebec City in 1967, the Games are proud of their contribution to the sport development system as well as their lasting legacies in sports facilities, collective pride and national unity.

The 2021 Canada Summer Games will be held August 6-22, 2021, in the Niagara region.
